Description of Coaching:
A business and/or life coaching relationship is a partnership between two or more individuals or entities. This relationship is not a legal partnership, instead more like a teacher-student or coach-athlete relationship. Each party must uphold their obligations for the coaching relationship to be successful.
Coach-Client Relationship:
A. Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behaviour established by the Society of NLP (Ethics Policy). It is recommended that the Client review the Society of NLP Ethics Policy and the applicable standards of behaviour.
B. Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and suggestions, and to fully engage and devote themself to the coaching process.
C. Client acknowledges and agrees that coaching is a comprehensive process that may explore different areas of their life, including work, finances, health and relationships, but it is ultimately the Client’s decision how they incorporate coaching into each aspect of life.
D. Client is solely responsible for implementing the techniques discovered through coaching
Confidentiality:
This coaching relationship, as well as all information (physical or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the Society of NLP Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. BE ADVISED: The Coach-Client relationship is not a relationship protected by legal confidentiality (like doctor-patient or attorney-client). As such, the Coach could be required to divulge otherwise confidential information to authorities.
Payment:
All prices on Our website are in EUROS . Our third party service providers, PayPal, Stripe and Revolut, stores Your financial details and will use them when processing any purchase made via Our Website. We are not responsible for your data with PayPal, Stripe, Revolut. If you have any concerns about your financial data, you should check the privacy policy for each third party service providers here:

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Client agrees to notify Coach 24 hours in advance of any scheduled session that he/she needs to cancel. Coach reserves the right to charge Client for the scheduled session for a missed/canceled meeting.
At Malcolm Barlow- NLP Coaching, it is Our desire that the Client is completely satisfied. If this is not the case, please contact Us at info@malcolmbarlow-nlpcoaching.com. We will endeavour to correct any issue You may have.
We go to great length to ensure that coaching sessions go ahead as scheduled. However, We do reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any session, package, or remaining sessions of a package. For whatever reason a session is cancelled by Us, all money paid for said session(s) shall be returned in full if it is not possible to rearrange said session(s).
Liability:
Coach makes no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the coaching services negotiated, agreed upon and rendered. In no event shall the Coach be liable to the Client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the Coach’s entire liability under this Agreement, and the Client’s exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the Client to the Coach under this Agreement for all coaching services rendered through and including the termination date. Client agrees that the Coach is not liable or responsible for any actions or inactions, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach

Your Right to Post Content
Our Service allows You to post Content. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
By posting Content to the Service, You grant Us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through the Service and You are responsible for protecting those rights. ● Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.
● Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.
● Violating the privacy of any third person.
● False information and features.
The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Service if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Service, you agree to use the Service at your own risk. Waiver:
The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

The Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and its and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to the Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or trade practice. Without limitation to the foregoing, the Company provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
