Experience & Skills

I provide on-demand online business and career coaching services.

I bring 6 years of in-company training experience in multinational companies. In this role, I have added value to employees, teams and departments operating in a variety of industries, ranging from banking to oil and gas.

Enhancing emotional intelligence, developing leadership capabilities and mindset is my focus. All this with an understanding that today, effective leaders put their employees first and make them feel supported.

Clients

I am serving executives, managers and high potential professionals as well as organizations in any country and time zone via Zoom video calls or in person.

My passion is to share the benefits of coaching with others and enable them to connect, build trust, and lead effectively. 

My Story

Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, I chose to study chemistry, after following a variety of interests ranging from sport and acting to psychology and current affairs.

When embarking on my master’s in information management, I met fascinating people from around the world and felt a sense of belonging. From there, I took the plunge; moved to Spain and immersed myself in the culture and language.

In Spain, I have trained in companies and taught academic English in universities while developing my coaching practice.

Living in another country throws up many challenges, and after receiving world class coaching myself, I turned things around. Overcoming challenges happened when I changed my way of seeing the world and realised that I can change how I think, feel, and therefore how I act/react.

After becoming an NLP Business Coach with Fiona Campbell, I am continuing my professional development by assisting Fiona on her NLP coaching certification programmes .
